STALIN TRAMPLED, BURNT AND DISHONOURED BY PERVERTED MAOISTS IN WEST BENGAL

Almost every day the Neo Fascists in the garb of Maoists have been murdering CPI (M) leaders, cadres and workers in West Bengal.

Besides, these blind and diehard anti-Communist and anti-Leftist butchers have not only been destroying and torching the houses of CPI (M) leaders, cadres and supporters but also torching CPI (M) Offices, trampling and setting fire to red flags, pictures of Karl Marx, Fredrick Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Mao Ze Dong, Ho-Chi-Minh, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Bhagat Singh, Khudiram Bose, Master Da Surya Sen and other leaders of Communist and Leftist movement of the world and the country as was done by the Fascists and the Gestapoes in Italy and Germany.

The anti-Communist and anti-Leftist “pseudo” intellectuals and “so-called” human right activists in India fully encourage the Maoists with all available sources in all possible manner to carry on their activities in order to serve the imperialists, finance capital and big business houses for gaining wide-spread publicity and promoting their own career and future.

LETTERS TO NAOM CHOMKY AND JB FOSTER ON MAOIST BRUTALITIES IN WEST BENGAL

The following letter has been sent to internationally renowned Noam Chomsky and Mr. JB Foster, Editor of Analytical Monthly Review, University of Oregon, USA

13-12-2009

To
Mr. Noam Chomsky
Professor of Emeritus of Linguistics
MIT
USA

Most Respected Sir,

I am a regular reader of “Analytical Monthly Review”. A letter dated 12th October 2009 written to the Prime Minister of India in connection with offensive against the Maoists has been published in your esteemed journal of October 2009 (Vol. 7, No. 7). It contains signatures of many eminent personalities of the country and abroad including that of you. I have gone through the same very thoroughly and carefully line by line and submit hereunder my observations.

Most humbly I want to contradict the misrepresentation and misinformation made while depicting the picture of West Bengal.

(1) The agitations in Singur and Nandigram were never peaceful or democratic as stated. They were purely politically motivated and violent in all respect carried out jointly by finance capital, imperialists, anti-Communist, anti-Leftist and all fundamentalist forces in union with ‘pseudo’ intellectuals to destabilize the Left Front Government in West Bengal.

The land at Singur was not acquired for SEZ as alleged. It was acquired for an automobile factory.

Out of 997.11 acres of land acquired, the landowners of 745.11 acres of land have consented by accepting compensation to part with their land for the factory. Out of the 252 acres of land, the landowners of 125 acres of land refused to accept compensation. The landowners of the remaining 127 acres of land could not be compensated due to litigation amongst their family members though they were ready to accept the compensation. It means 87.46% of landowners have consented for the factory. Landowners of only 12.54% acres of land have refused to consent.

The total number of landowners of 997.11 acres of land is 13,491. Out of this, 11,162 landowners of 745.11 acres of land had offered the land by accepting the compensation. Their percentage is 86.66%.

540 landowners could not accept compensation due to litigation involving their 127acres of land. They had consented to offer their land for the factory. Their percentage is only 4.

The actual unwilling landowners are 1,800 who own 125 acres of land. Their percentage is only 13.34.

In short, out of 997.11 acres of land, owners of only 125 acres of land refused to part with their land. It means owners of 87.46% land have consented for the factory. Owners of only 12.54% acres of land have refused to consent. Moreover, out of 13,491 landowners, only 1,800 landowners are unwilling. It means 86.66% of landowners are willing whereas only 13.34% of the owners are unwilling.

It means more than 80% of the landowners were ready for the factory. But the resistance of only 13% prevailed over 80%. The Kolkata High Court has already declared the land acquisition at Singur legal in all respect.

The facts and circumstances compel the undersigned to come to the conclusion that the term ‘Democracy’ should be redefined afresh.

(2) If anyone goes through the developments before 14th March 2007, he will find that the Chief Minister had stated categorically that there would be no forced land acquisition in Nandigram. On 9th February the CM pointedly told in a public meeting in Khejuri that without the consent of the people of Nandigram nothing would be done. Later, on a number of occasions during the last one-month, the CM had repeatedly stated in very clear terms that the proposed Chemical Hub would be shifted if the people of Nandigram did not accept the proposal. Even after that, there was no respite from the atrocities perpetrated by the Bhumi Rakkha Committee, making it amply clear that the question was not at all that of “land acquisition” but a political strategy to maintain a forced acquisition of Nandigram by a combination of political forces.

The district administration, meanwhile called a series of all Party meetings and peace meetings, mostly boycotted by TMC, Congress and Bhumi Rakkha Committee. The last such meeting was organized on 10th March where representatives from Left Front partners and BJP were present. TMC, Congress and Bhumi Rakkha Committee declined the invitation. It was decided in the meeting that the administration would move to restore reconstruction work and normalcy in the area and anyone resisting the constitutional duties would be legally dealt with.

On 14th March, the police entered the area after prior announcements through loudspeaker. When they reached Sonachura, they were attacked with bombs and guns. In the ensuing confrontation 13 people were killed. One more person was killed due to bomb injury.

In spite of this categorical declaration, the people of Nandigram were misinformed and misled by Mamata Banerjee and her rainbow alliance of TMC-Maoists-Congress-SUCI-BJP-Muslims Fundamentalists-pseudo intellectuals incited the villagers by resorting to unprecedented distortion of facts, lies, twisting of facts, false propaganda, provocations, misrepresentations and slanders for gaining political mileage. It had nothing to do with the interests of the peasantry.

The rainbow alliance evicted thousands of supporters of the CPI (M) and other mainstream Leftist parties from their ancestral homes along with their family members. This was done to capture Nandigram and other areas for electoral gains only. Many of the CPI (M) supporters were murdered brutally. The Maoist-TMC goons raped even a school going girl Sunita Mondal.

The state government tried repeatedly to ensure the safe return of the evictees to their ancestral homes. It convened all party meetings again and again. But Mamata Banerjee and others refused to attend the same for an amicable settlement. Ultimately, the start government tried to ensure the return of the evictees with police help. It was in now way an attempt to capture the lands for SEZ as alleged.

If the intellectuals had adopted a stand neutrally, impartially and judiciously without prejudice, the unfortunate incident of 14th March 2007 could have been avoided easily. But they were so much obsessed with anti-Communism and anti-Leftism that they used even the slightest rumour or incident or pretext to malign and destabilize the Left Front Government. They, therefore, needed some dead bodies for their ulterior motive.

The result was the unfortunate incident of 14th March 2007, which cost 14 valuable lives. It could have been avoided easily if the opposition and the anti-Communist intellectuals had settled the matter with the government across the table.

After this incident, a hate and malicious campaign was launched to the effect that hundreds of workmen and children were raped and murdered by CPI (M) supporters. But the ‘pseudo’ intellectuals and the opposition could not prove even a single case of rape or murder.

Still now, thousands of CPI (M) supporters and their families remain evicted from Nandigram and Khejuri. The hoisting of red flag has been banned in Nandigram, Khejuri and other adjacent areas. If this is not anti-Communism and anti-Leftism, I do not know what else is.

(3) The developments taking place in Junglemahal areas falling under West Midnapur, Purulia and Bankura district of West Bengal have not started all on a sudden.

Shibaram Satpathi of Sarenga in Bankura was the first CPI (M) supporter who was murdered brutally by the Maoists on 10-04-01. Thereafter, Maoist-TMC goons have murdered one after another CPI (M) leader, cadre and supporter. The Maoist-TMC goons had murdered another 47 CPI (M) leaders and supporters till 01-11-2008 as detailed below.

The Maoists were able to create a reign of terror in the entire Junglemahal area through murder, loot and arson with the help of Mamata Banerjee and her rainbow alliance.

Then came 02-11-2008. On this date the Maoists tried to assassinate the Chief Minister of West Bengal while he was returning after laying the foundation stone of a steel plant at Shalboni. He narrowly escaped. It very naturally invited administrative action. The result was the formation of the “People’s Committee against Police Atrocities” by the Maoists. Till parliamentary elections on 30-04-2009, the following CPI (M) supporters were killed by the Maoists.

More than 90% of the victims murdered by the Maoists in Junglemahal areas are indigenous people. They have been slaughtered by branding them as agents of police and on other pretexts. But the fact of the matter is that more than 90% of them are from the poor and weaker sections of the society such as grocers, daily wage earners, hawkers, teachers, students, artists, players, farmers and so on. They have fallen prey to the bullets of the butchers for their being the CPI (M) supporters only.

Now, the question arises, how many Maoists have been killed during this period in West Bengal. Only few. The number is undoubtedly nominal. It is, therefore, not the Left Front Government but the Maoists have unleashed a reign of terror on the people particularly tribals.

The society demands timely disposal of the dead body of even a creature. But the entire world witnessed with horror how the dead bodies of 4 poor tribal CPI (M) cadres butchered by Maoist-TMC-Congress-SUCI Alliance were kept in open for 5 days without disposal by the Maoist-TMC criminals at Lalgarh in West Bengal. Their relatives were neither allowed to come near nor touch the bodies. The Maoists and TMC workers danced and sang around the bodies in the same manner as is practiced by cannibals. Their brutality and inhumanity surpassed all limits of human tolerance and society.

Thousands of CPI (M) cadres and their families have been evicted from their ancestral homes. TMC-Maoist-Congress goons, rapists and murderers have torched their houses. They have been rendered jobless in these hard days of existence. The families of the murdered persons and others have been thrown into the streets for starvation.

The Maoists and the pseudo intellectuals talk much against Congress Party which is running government at the centre and the state sponsored terror. But all of them had actually worked actively to ensure the victory of 26 candidates belonging to the rainbow alliance of TMC-Congress-SUCI in West Bengal in the last parliamentary elections. The UPA Government at the centre survives on their support. If candidates of the Left Front had won the elections, they would not have certainly supported the Congress Party to form the government. On the other hand, they would have raised their voice vehemently against the pro-imperialist polices of the government as done in the past. Moreover, the strength of the UPA Government in the parliament would have been reduced drastically. As a result, the UPA Government could not have been successful in taking boldly and easily anti-people policies as they do now.

The Maoists and the pseudo intellectuals have thus strengthened the Congress Party and the UPA Government by way of weakening the mainstream Leftists in the country. They still do so. But they speak to the contrary shamelessly. Instead of Congress and its allies, they have targeted the mainstream Leftists as their main enemies.

In fact, the Maoists and the ‘pseudo’ intellectuals have been dancing to the tunes of the finance capital, big business houses and imperialists to weaken the Leftist movement in the country to serve the vested interests for political and monetary gains. In order to conceal their game plan they take the pretexts of indigenous people, welfare and such other worlds.

If they are really interested in the welfare of the indigenous people, whey don’t they withdraw their support to the Congress Government. Moreover, they would have appealed to the Maoists to desist from murdering innocent indigenous people on different ploys.

The real face and mask of the Maoists and the ‘pseudo’ intellectuals and their hypocrisy stand exposed before the nation and the whole world. Their only target is the CPI (M) but not imperialism, finance capital, big business house or Congress led government at the centre.

In conclusion, it can be said that the one and the only one aim of these diehard anti-Communists and anti-Leftists is to instal a Fascist minded most reactionary person as the Chief Minister of West Bengal by destabilizing the Left Front Government. It would not be out of place to mention that the countries in Eastern Europe and Latin America have already witnessed such exercises.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,
Gouranga Chatterjee

ARE INTELLECTUALS OF OTHER STATES LESS EFFICIENT AND LESS TALENTED?

After becoming Union Railway Minister, Mamata Banerjee has formed three new Committees to reward the Maoist intellectuals and the opportunists who had worked for her in the last Parliamentary Elections, 2009. Under her instruction, the Railway Board under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India has issued a Government Order bearing No. ERB-1/2009/23/33 on 9th October 2009 constituting the said committees with detailed facilities.

1 Heritage and Cultural Committee under the chairpersonship of Smt. Shaoli Mitra

2 Passengers’ Amenities Committee under the chairpersonship of Shri Subhaprasanna Bhattacharjee

3 Passengers’ Amenities Committee under the chairpersonship of Shri Derek-o-Brayen

All the her sycophant intellectuals including Bibhas Chakraborty, Joy Goswami, Bratya Basu, Arpita Ghosh, Pallab Kirtania, Rituparna Ghosh and Ustad Rashid Khan have been placed on these committees.

Apart from Rs. 50,000 per month as allowance, they will get other facilities.

All the three committees are created for the entire country. But the Railway Minister has chosen her sycophants from West Bengal only.

This has raised the following questions in the minds of the people.

· Are the intellectuals of other states less talented and less efficient?

· Is there no talented and efficient intellectual in other states?

SHAOLI MITRA AND OTHER PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS SELL THEIR SOUL AND CONSCIENCE

Shaoli Mitra, Bibhas Chakraborty, Bratya Basu and other theatre personalities & pseudo intellectuals in West Bengal were experiencing hard days due to total flop of their dramas and works. Their monthly income reportedly came down to less than Rs. 10,000 per month for their utter failure to attract audience. But their days have been changed as a result of their performing unconditional feats and tricks of jugglery and dancing to the tunes of Mamata Banerjee. All of them have been placed on different railway committees formed by the Railway Minister. They earn Rs. 50,000 each per month without performing any duty. Besides, they have been provided with Free AC Railway Pass and other facilities. Yet these intellectuals call themselves to be apolitical, neutral, impartial and without any interest.

The Congress leader Shri Arunava Ghosh has very correctly commented that these pseudo intellectuals of West Bengal can be purchased easily by throwing few railway passes at them whereas in Delhi it costs more than a crore to purchase an MP.

Nirendranath Chakraborty is the President of the Bengali Academy. Kumar Roy is the Chairman of Drama Academy. Shri Tarun Majumdar is the Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Nandan. Shri Krishna Dhar is the Chairman of Mass Media Centre. Shri Pabitra Sarkar is the Chairman of the Advisory Council of Rabindra Sadan. Shri Soumitra Chatterjee is the Chairman of Kolkata Film Festival. But none of them take even single paise for their unparalleled and commendable service.

But look at the rat race of pseudo intellectuals who are running after Mamata Banerjee slaving their soul and conscience to earn immorally, unethically, dishonestly and unprofessionally.

This is the basic difference between Leftist and Rightist intellectuals.

MAOIST TERRORISM CONDEMNED BY INTELLECTUALS

ABOUT 40 EMINENT INTELLECTUALS, WRITERS AND ARTISTS ETC. JOINTLY ISSUED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT FROM NEW DELHI

“There has been a spate of growing murder and violence in certain areas of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and West Bengal by armed persons acting on behalf of the ‘CPI (Maoist)’. We strongly feel that their use of the name of Mao Zedong, a widely respected figure, while carrying out the acts of carnage and killing, is reprehensible. Such acts can also in no way be justified in the name of a war against the state. While every conscious citizen opposes acts of oppression committed by members of the exploiting classes or individuals in the state apparatus, the so-called ‘Maoists’, by their violent acts of vendetta, torture and gruesome killings, are gravely damaging the cause of the popular democratic movement. The ‘Maoists’ are thus in fact working against the interests of the workers and peasants.

In order to isolate the ‘Maoists’ politically, it is however important that the Indian state do all that is necessary to restore its presence and credibility in tribal areas whose interests it has largely been ignoring. The central government should review its neo-liberal policies that have pauperized the tribal people and help the state governments to meeting their developmental challenges in these areas. Counter insurgency vigilante groups (such as Salwa Judum) have proved to be counter productive. Harassment and killing of innocent local people should be avoided while tackling the violence, and those responsible for such acts in the name of fighting the ‘Maoists’ should be punished. A genuine dialogue should be started with those ‘Maoists’ who are ready to give up the path of armed struggle.”

The signatories included Irfan Habib, Teesta Setalvad, Vijay Prashad, Usha Patnaik, Amiya Kumar Bagchi, M.K. Raina, Najaf Haider, Badri Raina, Shireen Moosvi, Jayati Ghosh, Iqtadar Alam Khan, Sohail Hashmi, Archana Prasad, Amar Farooqui, Ayesha Kidwai, Simi Malhotra, Nadim Rizavi, Sonya Surabhi Gupta, Lata Singh, Atlury Murali, Biswamoy Pati, Madhu Prasad, D.N. Jha, P.K. Shukla, Arjun Dev, Suvira Jaiswal, H.C. Satyarthi, Kesavan Veluthat, V. Ramkrishna, N.R. Rana, N.K. Sharma, Prabhat Patnaik, Arun Bandyopadhyay and Rajendra Prasad.

OPPORTUNIST INTELLECTUALS ROB RAILWAY FUND

The whole country has been going through unprecedented crisis as a result of worldwide financial recession and less production of cereals in the country. The central government has therefore taken a decision for austerity drive in every ministry and organization under its control. Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Shri Pranab Kumar Mukherjee and others are actively abiding by this decision. As a part of this decision, they have already started to travel in economic class of air flights and brought down other expenses.

But this is not so with the Indian Railways under Mamata Banerjee. It seems that the Indian Railways is a separate entity out of the purview of the Central Government. She considers it to be her private individual property and misuses railway money extravagantly for the promotion of her party interests.

The entire expenses of these committees amounting to more than Rs. 50 Lakhs per month will be borne by the Indian Railways. Each full time member of the Committee will be paid Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) as monthly allowance and each part-timer will be paid Rs. 25,000/- per month without performing any job. They will be also provided with the following facilities and amenities free of cost as per the said Government Order.

· Meeting allowance @ Rs. 520/-per meeting

· Free 1st Class AC Railway Pass with one companion

· Travel in Executive Class by flight

· Travel on road by car to be provided by the Indian Railways

· Lodging and boarding in Class I hotel anywhere

· Free telephone with ISD/STD facilities both at residence and office

· Free Medical treatment and facilities at the cost of the Indian Railways

· TA & DA at par with railway officers

Each member of the committees can appoint Private Secretary and required number of peons.

The Chairperson of each committee can extend the Committee by co-opting any person though to be necessary.

These committees are unprecedented in the history of the Indian Railways. This is the first time that such expensive committees have been constituted at the cost of the public exchequer to accommodate sycophants and so-called champions of tribals and downtrodden. These sycophants often used to raise the questions of nepotism, corruption and exploitation. But now they are most shamelessly engaged in the same.

Maoist intellectuals Bibhas Chakraborty, theatre personality, Arpita Ghosh, theatre personality, Joy Goswami, poet, Bratya Basu, theatre personality, Pallab Kirtania, Singer, Rituparna Ghosh, film director, Ustad Rashid Khan, artist, GS Raitela, Director General, National Council of Science Museum, Ratan Thiyam, theatre personality and many others have been made their members.

Apart from this, the sycophant singers are being paid abnormal fees for singing in the inaugural functions. Shri Nachiketa Chakraborty has been paid Rs. 70,000/- per function. Similarly, the Maoist singer Pallab Kirtania has also been paid abnormal fees for the same purpose.

The loot and plunder of public exchequer by Mamata Banerjee along with her Maoist intellectuals and sycophants is unprecedented in the history of Indian Railways. All opposition parties irrespective of affiliation should raise the matter on the floor of the Parliament, which is now in session to save public money from being plundered by the so-called champions of tribals and farmers.

It is most surprising that Medha Patkar, Arundhati Roy and other intellectuals have been maintaining mysterious and motivated silence over the issue.

UNION RAILWAY MINISTER REWARDS MAOIST INTELLECTUALS

There is no denying the fact that a number of Maoist intellectuals and other opportunists in the guise of impartiality and neutrality had played a pivotal role in sabotaging industrialization at Singur, Nandigram and developmental works in West Bengal during the last three years in connivance with industrial competitors, big business houses and imperialists. They had also worked day in and day out campaigning in favour of Mamata Banerjee and her party candidates during the last Parliamentary Elections, 2009. Apart from this, they have also been supporting Maoists and instrumental in inciting criminals and antisocials to create serious problems of law and order in the state to destabilize the Left Front Government in West Bengal.

After becoming Union Railway Minister, Mamata Banerjee has constituted three new Committees to reward these Maoist intellectuals and the opportunists.

3 Passengers’ Services Committee under the chairpersonship of Shri Derek-o-Brayen

The entire expenses of these committees will be borne by the Indian Railways. Each full time member of the Committee will be paid Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) as monthly salary and each part-timer will be paid Rs. 25,000/- per month. They will be also provided with the following facilities and amenities free of cost as per the said Government Order.

· Meeting allowance @ Rs. 520/-per day

Each and every Member of the Committees can appoint his/her own Private Secretary and of peons. All of them will also be provided separate office and expenses for the same.

The Chairperson of each committee can enlarge his /her Committee by co-opting any person thought to be necessary.

The total expenditure in maintaining these three Committees comes around 50 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty Lakhs) per month.

These committees are unprecedented in the history of the Indian Railways. This is the first time that such expensive committees have been constituted at the cost of the public exchequer to accommodate sycophants and ‘so-called’ champions of tribals and downtrodden. These sycophants often used to raise the questions of nepotism, corruption and exploitation. But now they are most shamelessly drawing huge money from railway exchequer without performing any job.

The pseudo intellectuals Bibhas Chakraborty, theatre personality, Arpita Ghosh, theatre personality, Joy Goswami, poet, Bratya Basu, theatre personality, Pallab Kirtania, Singer, Rituparna Ghosh, film director, Ustad Rashid Khan, artist, GS Raitela, Director General, National Council of Science Museum, Ratan Thiyam, theatre personality and many others have been made their members. Rajesh Agarwal, Executive Director of Railway Board, will act as the Coordinating Officer.

The entire exercise is nothing but blatant misuse of power and public exchequer for the promotion of the interests of the sycophants and the party.

SO-CALLED INTELLECTUALS SILENT ON DESTRUCTION OF RAILWAY PROPERTIES BY MAOISTS

The Adra Division of the Eastern Railways has been under constant attack of the Maoist Mafias for the last two years. This division falls within the Maoist Mafia infested Jangalmahal area. The railway employees of this have been working with their life in their hands. Their life has become more unsafe and risky with the installation of Maoist Mamata Banerjee as the Railway Minister. Both the Maoists and the TMC goons roam together with arms in these areas. Many officials and employees suffering from insecurity are trying to get themselves transferred to other divisions. The Maoist-TMC goons often come to the railway officials in search for names and addresses of the contractors so as to extort from them. Besides, the TMC goons are trying to force the railway officials to employ their own men.

The Railway Protection Force could not take any action against the Maoist-TMC goons. The gang men, gate men and porter men have to work on the railway tracks in isolated places without any security. There are no firearms in the hands of the R.P.F. guarding trains from Chandil to Purulia Railway Station. The few R.P.F. with arms on 315 UP Chakradharpur-Howrah Train passing through Maoist infested areas always remain panicky.

The detention of Rajdhani Express by Maoists at Banstala Railway Station on 27th October, 2009 in collusion with the Maoist Railway Minister for the release of Maoist leader Chatradhar Mahato has increased their panic and apprehension manifold. A few glaring examples of the sabotage caused by the Maoists in collusion with TMC in the said division are furnished as hereunder.

(1) The Maoist-TMC goons blow up the railway station of Biramdih falling in between Adra-Chandil Section on 26-06-2007.

(2) Posters threatening the railway employees of Biramdih Railway Station were pasted on 14th August 2007.

(3) Heavy damage was caused to the Biramdih Railway Station on 13th May 2008 being the previous day of the Bandh called by the Maoists.

(4) A R.P.F man was killed and his arm was snatched at Barabhum Railway Station.

(5) The gang men recovered a landmine planted at the Biramdih Railway Station on 22nd June 2009.

(6) Bob blast by Maoists near Ursha Railway Station.

(7) Blowing up railway tracks between Ursha and Kantadih Railway Station by Maoists on 2nd October 2009.

(8) The detention of Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express at Banstala Railway Station by Maoist-TMC goons for the release of Maoist terrorist Chatradhar Mahato.

It is high time that the Prime Minister should cause a detailed enquiry by CBI into the activities of the Maoist Railway Minister so as to ensure safety and security of not only the railway passengers but also the entire railways in national interest.

CENTRAL MINISTER MUKUL ROY PLAYS MINORITY CARD

Placed below for your perusal and comments a copy of letter written by Maoist Mukul Roy, Minister of State for Shipping, Government of India, New Delhi in his official pad to one Janab Syed Modhu of Chanditala, West Bengal.

MUKUL ROY

District Hooghly

Certified to appreciation for Maa, Mati and Manus

Your dedication for our Party, I have become with full of assurance to provide employment of about 5 Lakhs jobs to the Muslims men and women of all aged in West Bengal which CPIM led government had communally failed to protect fundamental right and employment of the minority in all public sectors. However, for your acid intimate, I authorized you to recruit names belongs to the Muslim unemployed youth in your area for representation of employment in my Shipping Ministry, Govt. of India.

Personal regards,

Yours sincerely,
Sd/-
Mukul Roy

NB: - The so-called guardians of the morality, honesty and impartiality are keeping silence on this matter.

WHERE IS THE CONSCIENCE OF PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS WHEN MAOIST RAILWAY MINISTER SACKS 20 RRB CHAIRMEN FOR RECRUITING TMC-MAOIST GOONS

The Maoist Railway Minister has all on a sudden removed 20 chairmen of the Railway Recruit Boards out 21 in the country before expiry of their term without assigning any reason thereof and appointed her own sycophants and men in their place. Almost all the removed officials were senior officials of the Indian Railways and appointed during the regime of her predecessor. This pre-planned action on her part is unprecedented in the history of the Indian Railways.

Now, the following pertinent questions have arisen very logically and reasonably.

(1) What were the grounds for their removal?

(2) If they are engaged in corruption or are inefficient, why the same have not yet been made public?

(3) If they were engaged in corruption, why action on that basis has not yet been initiated against them?

(4) What are the qualifications of those appointed newly in their places?

(5) Are all the newly appointed Chairmen honest and efficient?

In this connection, it would be not out of place to mention that 1, 72,444 vacancies in the Group ‘C’ and ‘D’ posts are lying vacant in the railways. The TMC leaders and workers have been distributing forms in different places of West Bengal for appointment in these vacant railway posts.

Maoist Mamata Banerjee thinks the Indian Railways is her own private property. The above-mentioned action of the Maoist Railway Minister is to pave way for the appointment of Maoist-TMC Mafia goons in the 1, 72,444 vacancies illegally throwing to winds all recruitment rules and regulations. So, she needs her own men on the Railway Recruitment Boards in 20 cities of the country.

It is pertinent to mention that she has already appointed Subhaprasanna Bhattacharjee, Shaoli Mitra and other Maoist ‘pseudo’ intellectuals on different committee of the railways at the cost of huge public money. She did not stop here. She has provided them with life-long Free A.C. Railway Passes with one companion for campaigning in her favour in the last Parliamentary Elections, 2009.

The Prime Minister should cause immediately a detailed and thorough enquiry into the reshuffle of the Railway Recruitment Boards and place the fact before all in national interest because Indian Railways is not the private property of any individual or political party.

PERVERTED INTELLECTUALS SILENT ON MAOISTS RAPING MINOR GIRL

The dead body of a girl Rupa Biswas of village Bahirgachi under Nakashipara Police Station in Nadia district was found on 26-07-2009 in the village. It was confirmed that the girl was murdered after rape. The Maoist-TMC Member of Parliament Tapas Pal, under whose constituency the areas falls, went to the spot and while addressing the agitated people asked them to beat the unknown rapists to death otherwise he himself would do so.

On 29-10-2009 on the basis of definite information and investigation the police has arrested local Maoist-TMC Mafia leader Shyamal Bhattacharjee and 3 other TMC-Maoist Mafia goons for rape and murder of Rupa Biswas.

It is not only most unfortunate and but also shameful and shocking for the society that the so-called intellectuals and human rights activists, who are on the pay roll of finance capital, big business houses and imperialists, have not uttered a single word against one after another rape and murder committed by their beloved TMC-Maoist ‘so-called’ revolutionaries. But during the Nandigram episode these politically motivated perverts had unleashed a flood of false and manufactured propaganda of rape of women and murder of children.

PERVERTED INTELLECTUALS SUPPORTING MAOISTS SILENT ON THEIR BRUTALITIES

There is no denying the fact that the society demands timely and proper disposal of the dead body of even a creature with due honour and respect. But the whole world witnessed with horror and shock how the dead bodies of 4 poor tribal CPI (M) cadres butchered by Maoist-TMC-Congress-SUCI Alliance were kept in open for 5 days in a stretch without allowing their disposal by the Maoist-TMC criminals at Lalgarh in West Bengal. Their relatives were neither allowed to cry nor come near and touch the bodies of their dear and beloved ones. The Maoist-TMC goons danced and sang around the bodies with drums and other musical instruments in the same manner as cannibals practice the ritual before consuming dead human bodies. Their brutality and inhumanity surpassed all limits of human tolerance and society.

In the meantime, Maoist-TMC goons have already butchered more than 300 innocent people. Out of this 300, more than 100 are tribals.

But it is most shocking and shameful to find that the perverted intellectuals who often talk about human rights and tribal’s welfare have not yet come out with any statement condemning the on-going ghastly incidents in West Bengal. On the other hand, these hypocrites on the pay roll of imperialists, big business house and finance capital are helping the Maoist-TMC murderers and rapists in creating a reign of terror in West Bengal to dislodge the Left Front Government anyhow and at any cost to please their masters.

MAOIST MAMATA BANERJEE DESTROYS INDUSTRIALISATION OF WEST BENGAL THROWING YOUNG GENERATION INTO DARK

On 3rd October, 2008 just on the eve of Durga Puja in 2008 the Tatas were forced to leave unwillingly Singur even after completion of 95% of their Nano Car Factory spending about 1500 crores as a result of the conspiratorial violent agitation of Mamata Banerjee launched in connivance with Maoists, Congress, SUCI, BJP, communal fundamentalists, perverted & spineless intellectuals and foreign funded human rights activists with the financial assistance and guidance from the industrial competitors, finance capital and imperialists. The damage caused to the future of West Bengal is undoubtedly not only irreparable but also unprecedented.

In fact, the one and only aim of this dirty political exercise was to destabilize the Left Front Government throwing to the winds the interests of the state and install Mamata Banerjee as the next Chief Minister of West Bengal.

It is none else but she who forcibly did not also allow coming up of much-awaited Chemical Hub at Nandigram, expansion of National Highways, construction of Hospitals, I.T. Parks, Bridges, Aerodromes, Industries, Thermal Power Plants and other developmental works in West Bengal.

However, the Left Government did not give up hope and after much endeavour it was able to rope in BHEL to set up a 1600 MW Power Plant at the abandoned 997 acres of Nano factory at Singur. BHEL is one of the Nav Ratnas owned by Central Government, which has orders worth 30,000 crores in its hand now. There is a flicker of hope for Tata Motors’ abandoned Singur site. A team from central government-owned Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) visited the place along with state government officials for the project with the West Bengal Power Development Corporation. BHEL General Manager S.C. Mittal was accompanied by WBPDC managing director Debashis Sen. The team also met Tata Motors representatives at the site. The setting up of the Power Plant is under process between BHEL and the Left Front Government.

But Mamata Banerjee is adamant not to allow establishment of any industry at Singur or in West Bengal. So, she, being the personification of destruction, distortion of facts, arrogance, duplicity, dictatorship, violence, provocations, hypocrisy, whims and blatant lies, has again plunged into the arena with the old demand of return of 400 acres of land to the landowners unwilling to part with their land or hand over the entire land to her for the establishment of a Railway Coach Factory.

There is a new coach factory coming up at Rae Bareli. She has announced an EMU and MEMU factory in Halishahar in Bengal in her Budget. Her predecessor has announced another factory at Palghat in Kerala, where the state government will provide 1,000 acres of land free of cost to the Railways. The capacity of Integrated Coach Factory and the Railway Coach Factory is also being increased. So, how can another coach factory be viable?"

If it is a locomotive factory she wants, there are doubts about that, too. There are already two locomotive factories under construction in Bihar - Chhapra and Madhepura. What will she do with a new one in Bengal? The person who drove the Tata factory out of Singur now wants to build another factory.

There is no denying the fact that Mamata Banerjee herself knows well both the demands are unreasonable as well as impossible to meet on the following grounds.

(1) It is not 400 but actually around 181 acres only.

(2) The 181 acres of land is not a compact single piece of land. It is a fragmented one consisting of thousands pieces of broken plots and remains scattered all over the site. If these fragmented plots are to be returned, neither BHEL nor the Railways will be able to set up any industry with about 1500 private owners residing with their families in the midst of the coming up factory.

(3) Last, but not the least. Once acquired, no land can be returned until and unless the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is amended suitably for the purpose. In case of non-utilization, the land has to be put into auction by the state government and the highest bidder will get the same in terms of present provisions of the relevant act.

The fact of the matter is that Mamata Banerjee is not at all interested in setting up any industry there. Her only disastrous objective is to dramatize the issue in order to destroy industrialization of West Bengal and thereby augment her own vested political interests with the help and guidance of the Maoists, Congress, BJP, SUCI, sold-out intellectuals and foreign funded human rights activists.

During the period of both Narshimha Rao and Atal Bihari Bajpai, she as the Railway Minister and the Coal Minister had inaugurated whimsically a number of projects without budgetary support or approval of the concerned ministries. None of them have yet been implemented and the lands acquired for these inaugurated projects have still been lying vacant. The drama does not stop here. She has been flagging off old trains in new names and also laying afresh foundation stones of old projects, which were inaugurated long back with foundation stone still lying therein.

She has been acquiring forcibly thousands of acres of most fertile lands in UP, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra and other states for the implementation of the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors and Industrial Corridor ignoring the vehement objection and stiff resistance of the land losers. Is it not double standard or duplicity?

She holds an important portfolio in the Central Government and also is one of the most powerful ministers. If she is really interested for the welfare of the farmers, instead of creating problems for others, she can exert her office to get the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 amended easily in favour of the unwilling landowners.

It is unfortunate we live in such a country where people are swayed away by wave, hypocrisy, duplicity and blatant false propaganda of the political leaders and ‘so-called’ political leaders and social workers without considering the fact, ground reality and merit of the case.

SO-CALLED INTELLECTUALS OF MAMATA BANERJEE PLAY DUPLICITY WITH THE FARMERS OF UP, GUJARAT, MAHARASHTRA AND OTHER STATES

Mamata Banerjee as the Indian Railway Minister with the financial assistance of Japan has decided to accelerate the western and eastern Dedicated Freight Corridors (DFC) along its busy trunk routes to augment the transport capacity and meet the growing requirements of moving freight.

(1) The western Delhi-Mumbai DFC covering 1,483-km through Delhi, National Capital Region (NCR), Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra at a cost of Rs.26, 124 crores will stretch from the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust in Navi Mumbai to Dadri in Uttar Pradesh on the national capital's outskirts covering Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan.

High fertile farming land falling in villages of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra are covered under western corridor project.

Another project, the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor will also be developed simultaneously through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) along with the freight corridor.

The Railway Ministry expects to complete both the freight corridor and the industrial corridor by 2013.

(2) The eastern DFC will extend 1,806 km from Ludhiana in Punjab to Dankuni near Kolkata. It will be extended in future to serve the new deep-sea port in the Kolkata area and to largely serve coal and steel traffic. Here also fertile 3-crop/4-crop land will be acquired for the purpose.

The railways need to acquire 12,500 hectares over 51 districts in seven states for the proposed eastern and western freight corridor projects. The railways are demanding 42 per cent more 3-crop/4-crop fertile farming land for the project than what was previously envisaged. This is in sharp contrast to the earlier estimate of 8,833 hectares.

The railways have prepared land acquisition plans for 2,200 km. It has already issued a gazette notification for acquisition of 3-crop/4-crop high fertile farming land in villages of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra covering a stretch of 1,077 km.

By the end of January 2009, the railways will be able to acquire nearly 100 km near Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. The remaining areas will be acquired over six months.

The Railway Ministry on September 29, 2008 had published a notification declaring its intention to acquire 3-crop/4-crop fertile farming lands in Gujarat for execution, maintenance, management and operation of special rail corridor project following which farmers losing their 3-crop/4-crop fertile farming lands in these villages had raised about 1301 objections.

A year later on September 15, 2009, the government published a Notification stating that it has acquired 700 hectares of 3-crop/4-crop fertile farming land in 31 villages in three talukas and Vadodara city of Gujarat for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project.

Farmers and sharecroppers in Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat have started agitation against the acquisition of highly fertile agriculture land for the proposed Freight Corridor.

They have suggested redesigning of the routes for sparing valuable 3-crop/4-crop fertile farming lands from acquisition and said the compensation package offered to these farmers in lieu of their 3-crop/4-crop fertile farming land was very less and not acceptable to them. The Railways have taken away their fertile farming land at throw away prices and rendered them jobless.

The farmers of Chandauli district in Uttar Pradesh under the banner of Krishi Bhoomi Bachao Sangharsh Samiti and Satya Foundation (SF) have started agitation against the acquisition of their fertile farming land for the proposed freight corridor of Indian Railways.

It was seen that during Singur and Nandigram episodes, all the opposition political parties including TMC, Congress, BJP, SUCI, Maoists and Naxalites had not only supported the violent agitation of Mamata Banerjee in the name of saving fertile agricultural land but also actively participated in the same. Besides, Mahasweta Devi and other ‘pseudo’ intellectuals and ‘so-called’ human rights activists had day and night campaigned vociferously against the Left Front Government and helped the agitators and goons in all possible ways to sabotage the industrial resurgence. Shri Lal Krishna Advani, Shri Amar Singh and other leaders of anti-Leftist national political parties had regularly been to Nandigram and Singur to add fuel to fire by expressing their solidarity with Mamata Banerjee and the agitators.

As a result, dreams of two major projects have been shattered. Opposition to government intervention in land acquisition helped Mamata Banerjee gain enormous political mileage, but it has left industry in West Bengal with Hobson’s choice

It is an irony that the same Mamata Banerjee has been now engaged in acquiring forcibly most fertile lands in seven states for Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors despite stiff and vehement opposition from the landowners and farmers. But the said political parties, national leaders, ‘pseudo’ intellectuals, Maoists, Naxalites and ‘so-called’ human rights activists are shamelessly silent on the matter. Nobody has yet met the affected farmers to give a patient hearing to them and address their grievances.

There cannot be separate rules for separates states in this country on acquisition of land. But yes, there is. Strange is the politics in this country.

The fact is that all forces ranging from ultra leftists to ultra rightists including those of communal, imperialist, finance capital and a section of media have ganged up with one and only aim to dislodge the Left Front Government anyway and at any cost. They donot abide by any logic, reason or fact. They with their obligation to imperialism went against all norms of civilized political behaviour and supported TMC which is nothing but a nuisance to Indian Politics dominated by one eccentric person devoid any ideology or policy

There is no denying the fact that hundreds of farmers have already committed suicide in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and other states. Thousands and thousands acres of fertile land has been acquired under duress in many states for industries and other developmental works depriving the farmers of their landed property. But none of the saviors of tribals, peasants and the underprivileged are seen in the picture to express their solidarity with the deprived. Is it not ambivalence?
The double standard, fraudulency and duplicity maintained by political frauds, perverted intellectuals and foreign funded human rights activists are nothing but mockery of democracy, integrity, transparency and honesty. These people stand exposed today. History will judge judiciously these swindlers working on the pay roll of imperialists, foreign finance capital and big business houses in the days to come and throw them into dustbin.

PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS OF WEST BENGAL IN SUPPORT OF TOP MAOIST LEADER CHATRADHAR MAHATO

MAHASWETA DEVI BECOMES THE MOST TRUSTED ANTI-COMMUNIST INTELLECTUAL OF IMPERIALISTS AND BIG BUSINESS HOUSES

Today Mahasweta Devi, the Bengali novelist and so-called champion of tribal communities, is the “Friend, Philosopher and Guide” of the Maoists in West Bengal.

Instead of big capitalists, moneylenders, wood smugglers and big landlords, the Maoists have made CPI (M) and the mainstream Leftist Movement their prime target. Their aim and objective is to bring Fascist oriented Mamata Banerjee to power in West Bengal any how and at any cost. All the blind anti-Communist forces have stood behind the Maoists to dislodge the Left Front Government. Mahasweta Devi is the symbol of the cultural –cum-intellectual front of this rainbow alliance. The imperialists and big business houses have entrusted her to organise the intellectuals against the CPI (M) and the mainstrem leftists. The Maoists and all other forces politically opposed to the CPI (M) hold regular meetings with her at her residence to chalk out plan and programme for dislodging the Left Front Government. The brutal murders of the innocent people by the Maoist-TMC butchers taking place one after another in Lalgarh is the part and parcel of this ill-designed game plan financed, guided and supported by the imperialists and big business houses. Today the entire tribal population of Lalgarh and Jangalmahal areas of West Bengal has been landed in a dangerious situation by the rainbow alliance and Mahasweta Devi. Their life, shelter and means of livelihood are at stake.

In order to prove Mahasweta’s genius and versatility and justify her anti-social and anti-people misdeeds it is often argued boastfully that she is a receipant of Magsaysay Award which is considered the Asian equivalent of the Nobel prize. Mahasweta Devi is the 36th woman and 35th Indian to receive the Award, which carries with it a cash prize of $ 50,000. She was very much proud on receiving the award.

Now, the question arises in whose name this award has been introduced, who was he and who are considered most suitable for the Award.

Ramon del Fierro Magsaysay (August 31, 1907 - March 17, 1957) was the third President of the Third Republic of the Phillipines from December 30, 1953 until his death in a plane crash on 17th March, 1957.

On April 23, 1946, Magsaysay was elected as an Independent to the Philippine House of Representatives. In 1949 he was re-elected to a second term in the House of Representatives. During both terms he was Chairman of the House National Defense Committee.

In early August 1950 he offered President Quirino a plan to fight the Communist guerillas, using his own experiences in guerrilla warfare during World War II. He was an advocate of cruel government action against the Communist-led Hukbalahap (Huk) guerrillas. After some hesitation, Quirino appointed Magsaysay Secretary of National Defence on August 31, 1950. He intensified the campaign against the Communist guerillas. Thousands of Communists were not only butchered brutally by Magsaysay but also their entire justified struggle was crushed ruthlessly by him. This success was due in part to the unconventional methods he employed and developed alongside an American adviser, General Edward Lansdale. The United States of America had assisted him financially for the purpose.
In June 1952 Magsaysay made a goodwill tour to the United States and Mexico.

He was convinced that the only way to continue his fight against Communism was to be elected President ousting the existing administration that, in his opinion, had caused the rise of the Communist guerrillas. He resigned his post as Defense Secretary on February 28, 1953, and became the Presidential Candidate of the Nacionalista Party, disputing the nomination with senator Camilo Osias at the Nacionalista national convention. In the Election of 1953, Magsaysay was decisively elected president over the incumbent Elpidio Quirino.

As President, he was a close friend and supporter of the United States and a vocal spokesman against Communism during the Cold War. He laid the foundation of the Southeast Asia Treaty Organization also known as the Manila Pact of 1954, that aimed to defeat Communist-Marxist movements in South East Asia, South Asia and the Southwestern Pacific.

On March 17, 1957 President Ramon del Fierro Magsaysay Magsaysay, a butcher responsible for the slaughtering thousands of Communists in Phillipines, died in a plane crash while flying back to Manila from Cebu.

The award under the name and style “Magsaysay Award” has been introduced after his name to felicitate and acknowledge blind anti-Communist intellectuals only working in Asia in order to encourage and promote them in their activities. So, as a part of this anti-Communist objective and campaign, Mahasweta Devi has been awarded Magsaysay Award for her role of blind hostility towards Communism in India but not for tribal welfare activities as is being propagated by her sychophants. If she were a genuine Leftist or if she had possessed mimimum conscience, she would not have cerrtainly accepted the award introduced in the name of a butcher of Communists.

PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS DEFEND MAOISTS IN WEST BENGAL

Some ‘pseudo’ intellectuals of West Bengal have again appeared on the stage to criticize the arrest of dreaded Maoist terrorist Chatradhar Mahato by police in Lalgarh. Besides, they have also demanded his immediate release. These “so-called” intellectuals habituated to sing, dance and perform tricks and feats of jugglery to the tune of imperialists and Mamata Banerjee have been trying to project the terrorist and extortionist responsible for gruesome butchering of hundreds of innocent people in a couple of months in West Bengal as a “tribal hero”. During this mayhem the “so-called” intellectuals on the pay roll of imperialists maintained a studied silence and did not spend a single word to condemn the inhuman activities of the terrorists who are having direct links with other terrorist outfits of north-east and across the border enemy nations aiming at to subvert our country.

As a matter of fact, some of these ‘pseudo’ intellectuals have already been able to manage Life Long Free AC Railway Passes and berths on different committees of the Indian Railways especially set up at the cost of the nation to accommodate them for their unequivocal support to the rainbow alliance of Maoist-TMC-Congress-SUCI during last Parliamentary Elections. Now, they have been standing in queue at the door of Mamata Banerjee waiting for tickets to State Assembly Elections in 2011, Padma Shree, Padma Bhusan, Padma Vibhusan and other national awards.

People must, therefore, remain cautious and alert about these purchased stooges and agents of imperialists who can take recourse to any anti-national activity and stoop to any level to in the interest of their vested interests.

SO-CALLED INTELLECTUALS SILENT ON MASS KILLINGS BY MAOIST-TMC-CONGRESS-SUCI ALLIANCE IN WEST BENGAL

Most of the people so far butchered by TMC-Maoists at Lalgarh and other places are poor tribals mostly belonging to CPI (M).

Their houses have been torched by TMC-Maoist criminals and murderers. They have been rendered jobless in these hard days of existence. The families of the murdered persons and others have been thrown into the streets for starvation.

The so-called innocent and impartial Governor of West Bengal is silent over unprecedented slaughter of innocent people because he thinks that they are not human beings. His conscience wakes up suddenly as and when Mamata Banerjee, Maoists and perverted “so-called” intellectuals demand and desire. Shame on the Governor and the imperialist agents-turned-perverted intellectuals!

The sycophant spineless anti-Communist intellectuals are busy in receiving Free AC Railway Passes and other favours and gratis from imperialists, big business houses, Mamata Banerjee and landlords for their shameful and anti-national service.

The following is an incomplete list of poor tribals and minorities belonging to CPI (M) and other Leftist Parties butchered on and from 01-01-2001 by the “Rainbow Alliance” of Mamata Banerjee-Maoist-Congress-SUCI-Perverted-cum-Communist-Hater Intellectuals.

PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS OF WEST BENGAL

West Bengal is the only state where elections to the Assembly, Municipalities, Panchayats and other local self governments are held regularly, timely, peacefully and smoothly. Here the leftists have all along been commanding the unequivocal confidence and support of the working class and downtrodden masses. The Left Front Government is in power for more than 33 years showing alternative path to the rest of the country like the North Star. The state government has been able to safeguard and uphold the interest of the peasants, workers and toiling masses. The Members of the Parliament belonging to the mainstream Leftist Parties are on the forefront in the struggle against anti-people and anti-national policies of the Central Government both inside and outside the Parliament. As a result of their vehement opposition, the signing of the Indo-American Nuclear Pact inimical to the interests of the country was delayed. The Leftists have, therefore, become the main enemies of the Congress Party, the American Imperialism and the big business houses. All of them have, therefore, ganged up with money, media, purchased bankrupt intellectuals and terrorist outfits of all order to destabilize the leftist movement in West Bengal. Mamata Banerjee and her rainbow alliance is their creation as was done to subvert Hungary, Checkslovakia, Poland and other Communist ruled countries in Europe.

Most of the ‘so-called’ anti-Communist intellectuals supporting Mamata Banerjee and Maoists had either remained silent or actively supported the semi-Fascist terror of 1972-1977 and the Emergency imposed by Smt. Indira Gandhi on the nation them on political considerations. At that time, their Supremo Mamata Banerjee was part and parcel of both the semi Fascist terror and the Emergency. Hundreds of youngsters were brutally murdered within different jails of West Bengal by the then Government. These intellectuals supported it. When their ‘Didi’ did not allow Jay Prakash Narayan to address a meeting at Calcutta University in 1974 and danced indecently on the bonnet of the car in which he was travelling, these intellectuals were nowhere to criticize the incident. Some even hailed Mamata. Some of their politician-turned-retired-bureaucrats had played enthusiastic role in the implementation of Semi Fascist terror and the Emergency during this period.

With the installation of the Left Front Government in 1977, these greedy and self-seeking intellectuals changed side and got deeply engaged in sycophancy of the leftist leaders for purely personal gains. Most of these ‘so-called’ intellectuals were seen sticking to the Chief Minister of West Bengal wherever he went and other leaders of the Left Front like leeches and parasites for earning undue favours. During this period they tried to prove their over loyalty to them. Their proximity and shameless adulation during these 32 years of Left rule enabled them to manage unduly and improperly flats, lucrative plots of valuable lands in posh areas, employment and berths in different places of profit making not only for themselves but also for their near, dear and far ones. When they realized that no more facilities or concessions could be extracted, they have changed side again assuming that the days of the Left Front were numbered. The Nandigram issue was nothing but a lame excuse to cross over the side and joined the bandwagon of Mamata Banerjee and Maoists in the name of fighting for agricultural land, environment and human rights.During this unfortunate engineered incident of 14 deaths at Nandigram, the enslaved intellectuals along with media and terrorist outfits had unleashed a flood of distorted, malicious, false, concocted fabricated and frenzied propaganda and campaign of mass murder, rape and so on against CPI (M) as was repeatedly done in the past against Communists during the Indo-China War, Indo-Pakistan War, Rabindra Sarovar Stadium incident, murder of Hemanta Bose and alleged rape of Chapala Sardar on the eve of Panchayat elections in 1998.From 01-09-2008 till now more than 160 CPI (M) supporters of different castes and religions including 56 tribals, 37 Muslims and 58 Scheduled Castes have been butchered by Maoists, TMC, Congress and SUCI goon. Thousands have already been evicted from their home, land and profession. Their females have been raped and molested. Their houses torched and plundered and razed to ground. But these perverted intellectuals have been shamelessly and horribly glorifying the butchering of CPI (M) supporters instead of criticizing the spilling of human blood of people irrespective of political affiliation.

When the joint force moved into Lalgarh on 18-06-2009 for operation against Maoists and other native and cross the border terrorist outfits to curb their antinational, uncivilized and barbaric activities, the ‘so-called’ intellectuals sold out to imperialists, land mafias and big business houses rushed there with a pledge to save and shield Chatradhar Mahato and his goons and murderers. They, with their obligation to imperialism, unsuccessfully tried to raise uproar in the name of violation of ‘so-called’ human rights of the terrorists and butchers in Lalgarh in order to appease Mamata Banerjee. It is shocking to say the least that this dishonest and fraudulent gang of anti-Communist, anti-leftist and hypocrite intellectuals still shamelessly and unsuccessfully boast and pretend themselves to be ‘neutral’ and ‘impartial’. Their main function and responsibility is to glorify the Fascist leader and encash any incident in order to accredit enormous political mileage to her who is nothing but a personification of indiscipline, arrogance, blatant lies and duplicity and instal her as the next Chief Minister of the state as planned and designed by imperialists and corporate sector companies.

Some of them have already been successful in managing from their ‘Didi’ Life Long Free A.C. Railway Passes with one companion and berths on various Railway Committees especially set up to accommodate them at huge public expenses. Now, they have been standing in queue jostling and elbowing at the door of Mamata Banerjee for tickets to State Assembly Elections in 2011, Padma Shree, Padma Bhusan, Padma Vihusan and other national awards for their shameless sycophancy and slavery.
